Although current conditions have changed everything about the way we all work today, we have not sat by and watched the change happen — we've been changing with it. We've upgraded our equipment, expertise, and capabilities and are here to help you continue to host Ivy League-class events, from virtual meetings and conferences to live, global broadcasts.

We offer a wide range of services from virtual meetings, webinars and conferences to hybrid events (a mix of remote and live elements). Visit the AV/Technical Services page for more information or submit the Request a Quote form.
Fact Sheets for our major venues are available on each venue's page from the Venues navigation menu at the top of your screen, or on our Event Physical Distancing Guidance page where we provide additional event-related information and important updates regarding COVID-19.
When you choose from the Blue Menu for your event, portion of your bill ($5 per person) is donated to Columbia Community Service, a University-based initiative to support local nonprofit organizations. Event Management will match the contribution, donating an additional $5 for each of your guests.
The Sustainable Living Menu features a curated selection of dishes that showcase the finest locally-sourced fare. In choosing the Sustainable Living menu in place of other menu options, clients will receive a delicious meal while reducing their event’s environmental impact.
